Regulation white knickers are a fantastic invention. All three words are very nice indeed and bring a different meaning to what is a very small and simple item of clothing. The word “regulation” says that the rules are that they have to look a certain way and if during an inspection they are not correct a punishment will surely ensue. “White” is just a color but its very pure and plain, fitting for the undergarment of a uniform. And, of course, “knickers” are what they are: clothing made of cotton to cover a female’s bottom when she is running in a skirt… or in this case: a piece of clothing that is removed so that a punishment can take place on a female’s lovely round bare bottom.
