It’s always good for two parents to be speaking with the same voice so of course a spanking from mom should mean a spanking from dad in scenes such as this. For certain offences one punishment may not be enough, so a second punishment would obviously be called for. Or, if the naughty brat in question is a daddy’s girl, he may have to punish her just to show that he agrees with her mom, or step mom. It’s almost like a parental tag team.
